Symmetrical plate rolling machine
Mechanical symmetrical type plate rolling machine works by pressing down of the upper roller and rolling of the upper and lower rollers. The output shaft of the main reducer is transmitted to two lower rollers through a set of gears, and the rotation direction of the roller shaft is changed by the main motor. It consists of an upper roller, two lower rollers, a lifting screw, a worm gear and some auxiliary parts. The lifting roller's lifting movement is realized by the lifting screw moving up and down. Durable, firm, low investment, simple operation, widely adapt to various working conditions and environment, convenient maintenance. Disadvantages are that the coil has remaining heads that need to be rounded or pre-bent with other equipment, high energy consumption, and low efficiency.
Asymmetrical plate rolling machine
The three-roller is asymmetrical, with the lower roller as the main drive and vertical lifting movement to clamp the plate. The lower roller gear meshes with the upper roller gear, and at the same time, it serves as the main drive, and the side rollers tilt and lift. It has multiple functions of pre-bending and rolling, compact structure, convenient operation and maintenance.
Horizontal down adjusting 3-roll rolling machine
The horizontal down adjusting 3-roll rolling machine is imported from Germany and Italy, and once loaded, completes the bending, rolling, and calibration of the plate, and the tilting and resetting of the flip bearing of the machine can meet the upper shaft of the workpiece. Tilt up (the tilting angle is 30 °), you can complete the pre-bending of the plate end and the rolling of the workpiece without turning the head. The three work rolls are the main driving rolls. The upper and lower rolls and the horizontal movement of the two lower rolls are hydraulically driven. The lifting and lowering displacement is automatically leveled by computer control. The screen display synchronization accuracy is ± 0.2mm. The above functions adopt electrical centralized control with high degree of automation.
Arc-down 3-roller rolling machine
The 3-roller arc-down type rolling machine is produced by introducing advanced Swedish technology. The metal sheet can be loaded at one time, and the end of the sheet can be pre-bent and rolled without turning, and the three work rolls of the machine are the main driving rolls. Lifting and displacement control by computer, automatic leveling, screen display flip bearing body (upside down) is equipped with dumping cylinder. The maximum coil thickness of the arc three-roll mill is 140mm.
